Charly4dental perfectly meets the requirements of

high frequency spindle, automatic tool changer 6 positions with motorized cover, tool sensor with detection of broken tools.
Charly4Dental exclusive dust suction system with
automatic control and specific maintenance devices gives you an high level of reliability for the milling of zirconium oxide.
Compatible with most of the CAM program via the support of ISO files (Gcode), Charly4Dental combines without difficulties to the different numerical chains proposed by our distributors specialised into dental application.
   

  

Two large diameter blank discs
for an high level of productivity
and profitability.
The standard Charly4dental is proposed with an exclusive Charlyrobot discs
fixing system. It allows the use of 100 mm diameter blank discs or

smaller and includes an automatic positioning according to the blank disc thickness. It also has an indexed positioning system that allows the machining of discs partially used. Charlyrobot can also designed specific fixing system for OEM according to their needs.
